I cant expect much more or less or less or more. it will be time to leave when there is nothing left to eat. what have we done. what are we going to do. we cant continue to help each other build more walls. we stand all alone but together. somehow avoiding a perfect view of our souls. when its time to wait then we will wait. then we will wait some more. it will feel a bit the same as time that we had waited here before.

lonely roads-
now the stars light my way. I have thoughts of drinking but not of worries and problems. I travel on foot through the northwest dark. a lost boy in search of a real soul. the loneliest roads are best when traveled at night. while the air is crisp and cold. its calming and it is disturbing. I saw myself here in a dream. I always knew that I could end up here again. I guess I was just waiting.

going fast-
I could hardly see what was in front of me. I was driving east just like before. I could barley see the road and I was headed towards the great unknown. hear those rivers flow. feel the cold of snow. the open spaces all roll into one. through the density of forests, and hidden caves still unknown. what awaits me now. I cant keep rolling to the south. there is so much life left for me to live and nothing can stop me now. I was going fast. never saw that cop I passed. with the lights behind me as Im falling asleep. then my car starts to die right before that *motherfucker overheats.

standing by the window waiting for the storm. I know its on its way and I know my days are done. no one is listening now and no one was listening then and I dont care. I was delusional for a time so I went away to fight it off and returned home happy that day. standing by the window waiting for a friend. replaying the thoughts in my head that I cant forget.
